Deleting your data
Last updated: September 29, 2026
You decide what Genix keeps. Here is how to remove what came from an account you connected, or everything.
1. Disconnect an account (Facebook, Instagram or Google)
Any of these stops Genix from reading or changing anything on that account:
- In Genix, while your plan is active: Dashboard → Integrations → Disconnect. We delete the access token at once and, for Meta, revoke Genix's access once no other business in your account uses that login.
- In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Genix → Remove.
- In your Google Account: Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Genix → Delete all connections.
Facebook and Google settings work whether or not you still have a plan — Genix can't use that account from the moment you remove it.
2. Delete the data that came from it
Disconnecting stops access. What we saved while you were connected — ad audits, the log of changes made through Genix, campaigns you launched, records of posts you published or scheduled, and the ad account and Pages you chose — stays in your account so you can review it.
To delete it, email hi@genixbundle.com from your account's email address with the subject below. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. Delete your whole account
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from Billing so it doesn't renew.
Then email hi@genixbundle.com from your account's email address with the subject below. Within 30 days we delete your account, projects, brand details, everything you made or uploaded, and all data from connected accounts, and confirm by email. Payment records the law requires us to keep (up to 7 years) are kept for that purpose only.
