1. Our Service

Genix Ai is a suite of AI-powered marketing tools designed to help entrepreneurs, marketers, and business owners generate content, run ads, and drive traffic at scale. A plan gives you access to the full marketing toolkit, which currently includes:

• Content Board — Pin references that already work; Genix writes ads, posts, scripts, emails and content plans from them in your brand's voice.
• Ad Studio — High-converting ad copy, angles, and campaign frameworks across channels.
• Ads Agent — Checks the Meta ad account you connect for wasted spend, makes the changes you approve, and launches campaigns you review.
• SEO Writer — Search-ready articles with outlines, meta, and schema markup.
• Visual Studio — Brand-aware designs, logos, an identity guide, and short videos.
• Page Builder — Landing pages and affiliate-style pages generated end-to-end.
• Publishing — Posts and schedules what you send to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
• Chat — Workspace assistant that routes you to the right tool based on your goal.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or retire features within any tool at our discretion. Material changes that remove core functionality will be communicated via email.

2. Plans & Payment

Genix Ai is available on these plans: Monthly ($29 USD a month), Pro ($97 USD a month) and Lifetime ($497 USD, paid once). Extra credits can be bought as top-ups ($19 USD for 300 credits, $59 USD for 1,000 credits).

First-time Monthly subscribers may start with a one-day trial for $1 USD that includes 60 credits and every tool except video. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Monthly plan starts automatically when it ends and is billed $29 USD a month.

Monthly and Pro renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles checkout, billing, taxes, invoices and payment-related customer service. We do not store your card or payment details.

Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotional pricing or discount codes, when offered, are valid only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. AI Credits

Each plan adds credits to a single balance every cycle: 60 during the trial, 600 a month on Monthly, 2,200 a month on Pro, and 300 a month on Lifetime. Each tool shows how many credits an action costs before you run it, and credits are used when the action runs. If an action fails before it delivers anything, its credits are returned.

Plan credits do not roll over: when a new cycle's credits arrive, any plan credits left from the previous cycle expire. Plan credits are used before top-up credits. Top-up credits do not expire, but using the tools requires an active plan.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may adjust credit costs or the credit system; significant reductions will be communicated to users in advance by email.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at hi@genixbundle.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all activity under your account complies with these Terms.
• Not allow others to use your account or share access credentials.

One license covers one individual user. You may not resell, sublicense, or share access to your account. Each person or business entity requiring access must purchase their own license.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Genix Ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content of any kind.
• Create spam, phishing materials, or deceptive advertising.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal usage.
• Bypass, circumvent, or exploit any rate limits, credit system, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or create derivative products based on our platform without written permission.
• Generate content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content generated through Genix Ai using your inputs. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over outputs you create with our tools.

No Guarantees: AI-generated content is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or originality of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, including advertising regulations, copyright law, and consumer protection statutes.

Third-Party AI Models: Our tools are powered by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, Google and OpenAI. Your use of Genix Ai is also subject to those providers’ usage policies. We are not responsible for the behavior or outputs of underlying AI models.

7. Connected Accounts

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram or Google account, you authorize Genix to use it only as described here and in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm you are allowed to manage that account.

• Ads Agent: Genix reads your ad account and changes it only after you confirm each change — pausing or resuming, changing a budget, excluding placements, or launching a campaign. Money spent on ads is between you and Meta; you are responsible for your campaigns, budgets and compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards. We don't guarantee any result.
• Undo: we keep a record of each change so you can reverse it, but undoing can't recover money already spent, and it may be refused if the item was changed elsewhere since.
• Publishing: Genix posts or schedules only what you send. You are responsible for that content, for having the rights to it, and for following Facebook's and Instagram's terms and community standards.
• Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their own terms. Platforms can change or limit their APIs, so a feature that depends on them may change or stop working.
• You can disconnect at any time from Integrations; see Deleting your data to remove what came from an account.

8. Intellectual Property

Genix Ai, including its name, logo, branding, platform design, code, prompts, tool configurations, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Genix Ai and its owners. All rights are reserved.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform or intellectual property.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to Genix Ai. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control (including third-party service outages).

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genix Ai and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: misuse of the platform, sharing account access, generating prohibited content, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

You may also request account deletion by contacting us at hi@genixbundle.com. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will also notify users via email. Your continued use of Genix Ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Genix Ai shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in the applicable governing territory.
